-DESCRIPTION-

Join Nadia for this 30 minute cardio barre class. Barre is a full- body, low impact workout that combine elements of Ballet and Pilates. Using the ballet barre for balance, participants perform small, isometric movements and high repetition exercises designed to improve strength, flexibility, posture, and endurance.

Class equipment - Pilates mat and set of hand weights (1kg/2kg).

Class level - Intermediate/ Advanced.
