Join Nadia for this 20 minute full body beginner barre class. Barre is a full- body, low impact workout that combine elements of Ballet and Pilates. Using the ballet barre for balance, participants perform small, isometric movements and high repetition exercises designed to improve strength, flexibility, posture, and endurance.

Class equipment - Set of dumbbells (1kg/ 2kg), chair to use as your barre.

Class level - Intermediate.
