Join Nadia for this 10 minute cardio barre workout. Barre is a full- body, low impact workout that combine elements of Ballet and Pilates. Using the ballet barre for balance, participants perform small, isometric movements and high repetition exercises designed to improve strength, flexibility, posture, and endurance.
