Through small, controlled movements and targeted isometric holds, you’ll build lean muscle, improve posture, and strengthen your core. Each session focuses on alignment, balance, and muscular endurance — helping you develop long, strong lines while protecting your joints. No dance experience is required — just a willingness to move and challenge yourself.
Equipment note - For this class you will need a pilates mat, a chair to use as your barre, a set of hand weights and a pilates ball.
