Join Nadia for this 20 minute Lower Body Burn. Barre is a full- body, low impact workout that combine elements of Ballet and Pilates. Using the ballet barre for balance, participants perform small, isometric movements and high repetition exercises designed to improve strength, flexibility, posture, and endurance.

Class equipment - A chair and set of hand weights (1kg/2kg).

Class level - Beginner.
