Pilates - Core Focus - 30 minute

Welcome to our Online Pilates Class inside the Pulse & Point fitness portal -Discover the power of Pilates in this short class focused on mobility, flow, and core strength.

Pilates is a low-impact movement practice that builds strength from the inside out, improves flexibility, and enhances body awareness. In this session, you’ll move with intention to create fluid, connected movement while strengthening your core and supporting better posture. These exercises are designed to help you feel more stable, mobile, and energized—making everyday activities like sitting, walking, lifting, and moving feel easier and more balanced. Perfect for all levels, this class will leave you feeling strong, centered, and refreshed.

Equipment note - For this class you will need a pilates mat and a Pilates Ball.
