Welcome to our Online Strength Class inside the Pulse & Point fitness portal — a results-driven workout designed to help you build lean muscle, improve bone density, and feel stronger in your everyday life, all from the comfort of your own home.

This class blends functional strength exercises with controlled, intentional movement to support total-body conditioning. Using dumbbells, resistance bands, or simply your own bodyweight, you’ll work through guided sessions that target major muscle groups while improving balance, coordination, and core stability. Every workout is structured to be effective, efficient, and accessible — with modifications provided so you can move at your own pace.

Equipment note - always choose weights that feel comfortable for your fitness level. The goal is to challenge your muscles while maintaining good form.
