Welcome to our Online Stretch Class inside the Pulse & Point fitness portal — a restorative, feel-good session designed to help you improve flexibility, reduce stiffness, and support long-term mobility, all from the comfort of your own home.
This class focuses on guided, intentional stretching to lengthen tight muscles, improve joint range of motion, and release everyday tension. Through a combination of dynamic mobility work and longer-held stretches, you’ll gently open the hips, hamstrings, back, shoulders, and chest — the areas that often hold the most stress. Sessions are accessible for all levels, with options and modifications so you can move in a way that feels supportive for your body.
Equipment notes - For this class you will need a pilates mat and a band, towel or pilates ring to aid you in certain stretches.
