Join Nadia for this 30 minute full body strength workout. In this online strength workout, you can expect a focused, efficient session designed to build strength using bodyweight exercises or simple equipment like dumbbells or resistance bands.

Equipment note - always choose weights that feel comfortable for your fitness level. The goal is to challenge your muscles while maintaining good form.
